Hertfordshire residential development awards
The Hertfordshire Residential Development Awards is a black tie awards night and dinner for local property businesses in Hertfordshire.
ABOUT THE AWARDS
The awards are free to enter and the event will be run by East and North Hertfordshire Hospitals’ Charity. All proceeds from the event will go to this charity and be used to enhance patient experience at Lister Hospital, the New QEII and Hertford County Hospital.

Wednesday 12 November 2025 at Tewinbury Hotel, in Welwyn with a three course dinner, award ceremony and entertainment.

ENTRY & Rules
The awards are free to enter and the shortlist and winners will be chosen by a distinguished panel of judges.
Any company or person that has worked on a development since March 2024 can enter. Entries must come from companies that have a substantial base in Hertfordshire, or have worked on developments in Hertfordshire at any time after March 2024.
Entries will be made via a simple online submission form and details will be available in the summer of 2025. Winners will be announced on the night of the awards.
